I use the two week trial for busy people 2x then random FB videos. The. Again I'll repeat two week trial. Lol haven't got tired yet!!

@Amanda372 Way to go!!!! I'm on the same boat as you are; no weight loss, but I feel great!! Week 4 day 3 finished! Felt like I gave it more and it felt like a better workout than yesterday!! Feeling good!

Day 1 week 3. WOW!!! Great workout! Irá hardware, but i am enjoying it a lot more than week 2!!! Great job everybody haven't been here for 4 days (did not exercise nor was I watching my calorie intake) but I am back in the game!!

Welcome newbies!! ???? Week 2 day 5- check Yesterday (I think) I reported the workout being more easy, however today felt like day 1!!! Maybe because I had a blah day. Almost done, I think I'm going to do the workout an extra day. I heard week 3 is the hardest so a little nervous.
