185.5. Ugh. Up .5 from last week. I blew it at the Mets game yesterday with a salty hot dog and fries. Hopefully at least some of that is water weight from all the salty foods, since I was really good the rest of the week. Back on track for this week.

How's everyone doing this week? I just got back from bootcamp fitness class, and rode my scooter 1.5 miles each way to get there. Feeling great, but I need a nap!
