Are you drinking water and how's your activity. Is there too much sodium involved. Is there too much sugar involved. You may want to try low carbs for about 2weeks. Also it may help to add more cardio to your workout. Good luck.

I'd say go for it...do your workout, have your snacks, and maybe eat a salad before the pizza, plenty of water....i wouldn't do any alcohol if I was going to treat myself to pizza, but that's up to you. Also if you're still pretty hungry before you have your slice try two slices, but instead of both of the crusts...scrape…

I used to have this back pack for hiking...I threw it out b/c i had it in storage a short while and it molded, but really neat...straps in the front and a lil nozzle for you to bite down on and get water...like a straw thingy...they have them at walmart for like $20.00

You have to shock your body...it's gotten use to your routine...Try a new workout! Eat your calories and maybe 1/3 of your exercise calories....if you are not weight training be sure to try that 2-3 times a week. You've done an outstanding job and don't let anyone tell you that your goal is unreasonable..you know how…

I took them some years ago from a doctor along with a b-12 shot...Seems like when I stopped I was worse off than where I started..It's excellent for the energy, but my body was use to it and once I stopped I gained....Good luck.!

Try some foods in their natural state....you'd get to have more....for instance baby cucumber in a vinegar dill jar...I usually put a lil dash of lemon pepper and a pack of splenda, then theirs the good ole' celery with peanut butter, I love pretzel crisps with roasted red pepper hummus, you could always do a small salad…
