Cool! I ran my first half marathon in September 2010 and will be running my fourth this September. This summer I really want to focus on my nutritional needs and how that affects my running as well as my strength training workouts.

Personally, when I'm training for a half-marathon adding Insanity to the mix is just way too much cardio for me. Since I'm already running 3-4 days a week I like to balance out the other days with strength training and esp. upper body work like pullups and pushups. I prefer to workout at home so typically I do something…
