  • whoops. Never mind. I just figured it out. I want my overall calories to equal out to 1200. So if i exercise, I have to eat more to equal it out to 1200. So If my goal is 1200 and I exercised and burned 500 calories, then I have to consume 500 extra calories to get me back up to 1200. And if I eat 1300 calories, then I…
