This is going to sound horrible, but eat a lot of junk food. I ate so much junk food two weeks ago that I felt sick and was ready to change. You might gain 10lbs, but it worked for me.

I've been on birth control for almost a year now, and I have NOT gained any weight. The only time I have gained weight is if I don't care about what I eat, but I haven't from birth control.

I feel like if I workout without eating, I'll just be starved to death, but if I eat before I workout, I'll be twice as hungry later... I don't know though, that's just my opinion.. :smile:
