Restart your computer, phone or tablet, then sync fitbit to mfp. That works for me sometimes... :)

Drink more water, the headaches and hunger pains could come from dehydration. Exercise is also important, even at maintenance, because it can give you extra calories to eat with...

I love mushrooms. When I have a veggie pizza, I'll always have mushrooms on it. Don't miss the meat at all!

Back before I lost 27 pounds, I couldn't get into my size 16 jeans. I can now and all my friends have started noticing I've lost weight ... :D

Tifftaffy, I got the Bellicon. I love it! I'm just doing the health bounce, hopefully I'll move on to other moves as I become more familiar with it. :)

I have the Fitbit One and it syncs my steps with the fitbit app and sends me a weekly report on how I'm doing. I can also wear the One in my pocket, on my waist, etc. it a.lso can be used for tracking your sleep

I have cut my intake of caffeine by switching to caffeine free sodas. I have also increased the amount of water I drink. Eventually I would love to say I cut the soda out altogether. Good luck!

Be sure to get enough exercise, especially walking. That along with drinking more water and getting more fiber in your diet should do the trick. Good luck!

For me a cheat meal would be eating out at a buffet and eating breads and desserts but I would have a salad for my main meal....
