Every day I exercise is a day I struggle less with anxiety and depression. I like doing the treadmill, elliptical, or even walking at the park.

I have PCOS and have lost 30 lbs by eating protein, veggies, fruits, and nuts (I cut out wheat and sugar) along with consistent exercise since March of this year. Still on my way down and I have hope that I will continue to lose.

My tight jeans can be pulled down without undoing them.

You are doing great! That really is a tough workout. I love the truth in this saying "No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch!" You will get there! :)

One of my favorite breakfasts is sweet potato hash with peppers and onions. Normally I have an egg or two on top of it.

I haven't lost a bunch of weight...yet but I walk about 2 miles 3-4 times per week and have lost 24 lbs since March. I am upping it soon but have definitely seen results just from walking and watching my food intake.

Total by day: 7/2 - 2 miles 7/4 - 2 miles 7/5 - 2 miles 7/6 - 2.5 miles 7/7 - 2 miles 7/8 - 1.5 miles 12 miles toward my 35 mile goal for the month!

I have PCOS too with the same issue. It's been quite a while since a real one so I am basically thrilled.

I'd love to join in! I've been walking for the last month 2 miles a day 3-4 times a week so I'm shooting for a goal slightly beyond that of 35 miles this month! Total by day: 7/2 - 2 miles

You guys all look amazing! I am 5'4" and my starting weight was 269. I'm down to 255.8 so far and that's since March. Still have a long way to go but I'm chugging along! :) I'm also down from a size 26/28 in pants to a 22 so far. I'll post pictures as it becomes more apparent.

The other night I dreamed that somehow, oh yeah it was while I was eating caramel, my front tooth was being ripped out and hurt like heck. If that isn't truth in dreams I don't know what is. I just know that dream reflected all my struggles with getting started and losing weight. lol

Great idea! 1. Drink my water 2. Exercise in some form at least 3-4 times a week 3. Be conscious of what I'm eating and track it on MFP 4. Lose 8-10 lbs.
