The hard one is the entries for loose items, like banana for instance, if it happened to be in cups only. But keep looking, you'll find the grams one. What I thought people were saying was that you could actually fit more than a cup of a solid in a 1c measuring cup so if you measured it with a measuring cup you were consuming more calories than what was listed in the nutritional information.
