  • I use a pedometer on weekends and evening walks after work, I tend to put in the caloreis that tells me rather than MFP's as it is less gererous. Did about 14,000 yesterday after a day of shopping and it reckoned I'd burned around 380 -390 calories. In reality I 'm not sure how exact any of these things are ......

  • once a week tops ....same time .morning is best..same clothes or none as the case may be ! Don't take it too seriously ... water retention and other bodily things alter your readings ...go by inches and how your clothes feel. People can get very obsessed with that little machine ...it is the devil in disguise!!! :bigsmile:

  • I tend to go over on Carbs on a regular basis... Maybe eat more salady stuff with less carbs?
