  • Are you eating your exercise calories? You will be in starvation mode if not with the exercise and your body's not letting the weight go ...maybe you need to up your actual intake? that seems to work for some, is it set at the minimum of 1200?

  • I eat how I want on weekends because thats when I exercise. During the week I find it hard to stick to the bare calorie limit but know that when I've done my swim sessions I can have extra goodies! :bigsmile: In one respect I suppose I'm lucky in that I don't have family around to alter routine but it would be nice ....

  • I did a weeks cruise on a Turkish Gullet (old fashioned wooden sail boat)around the Aegean, we ate real fresh and healthy, 3 good sized meals a day, had minimal storage so stopped every couple of days to stock up, drank wine all day,:drinker: sunbathed and had a great time and lost 7 lbs .   • 1200 is the minimum amount they will give you ..anything less is considered unhealthy.   • I USED to drink a lot of water till I gave up the cigs two years ago, since then my (decaff) coffee intake has multiplied manyfold and my water intake has dropped to zero. :blushing: I am quite happy without but know I should have a few swigs a day .....:drinker: maybe a NYear resolution?????????? :bigsmile:
  • Mine is set to 1200 ... which I find hard to maintain during the week, I exercise at weekends and enjoy eating more then. Have lost very very slowly, 11lbs in 9 months having only slowed down the past coyple of months in loss as I am really in a healthy weight bracket already and my body doesn't want to give the weight up!…

  • I fit my wine in at weekends only , but thats because thats the onlty time I do any serious exercise, so i basically swim off the calories or most of then anyway!:bigsmile:
