  • I think whatever you use calorific content varies a bit! Have to take the best "guestemate" The book I use when stuck, The Healthy Diet Calorie Counter classes corn(no mention of on the cob though) as 93 cals per 100 gram Sorry couldn't help any more!:flowerforyou:

  • I use Diet &Fitness today .com, it gives a choice of strokes, choose the best example for you and enter weight duration etc and it will calculate! :flowerforyou: If I could be clever and paste the site in I would but it won't work for me sorry!!!!!:grumble:
