I have the exact same problem. Quite honestly though, I don't care. I'd rather be comfortable than trying to impress anyone while I'm at the gym/out walking/running. I do have a Champion flyback, non-underwire, sports bra that is one of my favorites. It is slightly padded and I found it at Kohls.
