Last week I blew my calories on Thurs, Fri, and Sat... when I got on the scale Monday AM I was up over 2 lbs. For me it's right away, but since I corrected my indulgences quickly, it is already back down within a day or two. You'd have to maintain those crappy habits for the increased weight to stick, but I guess when you…

I know that both Boston Pizza and Applebees have healthy choice items on their menu, and they even list the calories for you!! I am not saying their food is healthy, in the sense of the term, but if you want to eat out and know how many calories you are consuming they are a good choice.

While I totally believe it is fraud and that person should have to pay back this money, I still can't believe in this day and age that people are being scammed like this. Whether it be cat-fishing, a phone scam, or whatever. This is in the news SO SO SO much that people should know better by now. I do understand these…

Agreed,... last year I noticed it was shorter lived, like early Feb!
-
Agreed. Also with another poster about water retention with those big workout weeks.... maybe those weeks you aren't eating enough? None the less 26 lbs in 3 months is very very impressive!!! Time is going to pass anyways, so why not lose 26lbs in 3 months, then gain 10 lbs in 3 months? you will get there, just keep to it.
-
Well said, I agree. I have a regular exercise routine so that won't change, but I do eat some in moderation. It can be hard but takes alot of willpower. This year I am having surgery on December 19 that needs a healthy weight so I have been working my butt off to get off the 10 lbs I consumed via beer this summer (LMAO!!)…

Hey I lost my first 75 in 1 year (I was 245lbs to start), then I got my next 11 in about 6 months .... so about 1.5 years to lose 86lbs. I then maintained for about another 6 months, then gained 10 back BOOOO...so just now getting that back off. Good luck to you. PS - I never had a consistent weekly loss... sometimes 2,…

I am not married, but when/if I do, I would take my husband's last name. I do have kids but since I already have a different last name than them, since I wasn't married to their dad, it wouldn't matter. If I was ever to get divorced I would go back to my maiden name. It can be annoying that I don't share my kids last name,…

HUGE!

I guess it depends what you want. I want to be married one day as I never have been before and it's important to me. With my kids dad, he took over 7 years to get divorced so had we have wanted to take the plunge we couldn't have. Then I went on to date another seperated man and he had no interest to divorce - so unable to…
-
While I agree with another poster if there could be implications that a divorce would bring up - ie children, alimony, other benefits plans, etc. I originally read it from a more basic standpoint -- I would care more about 'seperated' than 'divorced' ... this is from a dating perspective mind you. Being divorced should…

I am from Calgary, AB!!! born and raised in northern BC though, so a shout out to those Prince George peeps checking in!
-
You've come way to far to give up now!!!! You are on here posting because you know better, just need a lift. We have all been there!!! I am there right now, but I am working hard to get my loss back! Add me if you like

I had a csection with full term twins. Unfortunately my seperated abs and skin overhang isn't going away, so I have a tummy tuck booked in December. I think everyone is different with respect to pregnancy, csections, etc. Check out that link posted!! Good luck

Could be right, but she should be thankful that they moved on, becuase it means they were just going to use/abuse anyways. The right guy will love that she won't put up with bull and it will be ok, becuase they won't have any bull to pull. She will find him, she just needs time.
-
You look great! I'd be curious to know how much cals you eat a day :) you can msg me if you'd like. I have been struggling and just trying to change stuff up. Looking for what others have been doing that's working. thanks

^^ agree A girl who doesn't put up with any bull, doesn't let someone take advantage of her, walk all over her, drop her boundaries to be liked by a man, etc. She knows what she stands for and wants and won't accept less. This weeds out the jerks quicker, or makes her realize they are jerks and she walks away. I doubt…
-
Maybe cause they get a lot of practice from us crazy girls who don't move on quick enough hehe JK! we aren't crazy here on SP!
-
This one has been beaten to death on the SP board. Everyone has their own opinion, and what everyone will do/find acceptable varies so much. I personally feel poofing after date 1 is ok and common..... but MOE AFTER 2 MONTHS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!
-
First I am proud of you for doing it, and for sticking to your 'break'. It would be hard I am sure. I have never been in your situation ... that I recall ... but I have to believe he knew exactly what he was doing -- those aren't things 'just friends' do and that would upset me. All I can say is that if you decide to be…

I agree. I had this recently with an ex from last year (dated 9 months, found out he had a gambling addiction hence why he never had time for me) He came back crying for another chance and felt FANTASTIC to say 'take a hike' Man I felt so in control!!!!
-
He isn't capable, and this is what he does... because he's not healthy. I have dated plenty of them... one is my kid's ex, and he has never changed.... and never will .... Worry about what you want in life, what your boundaries are, gain your worth/self esteem, and you will never wonder about another man, you will just…

I hate to say this but you should be very thankful you have moved on from him (ok maybe I don't hate to say it ) becuase he is all kinds of confused. The problems are all his and I don't think any time you spend on trying to figure it out will get you anywhere. He thankful you have moved on from an emotionally unavailable…
-
Great job! You look fantastic. Do you have twins? ME TOO! and they are 7!!! PS - LOVE LOVE LOVE your cell phone case
-
True LOL why is it always about the man and his perception, WTF about ours !!!
-
Calgary, AB, Canada....
-
I personally think in this case you should figure it out for YOU not for what the man may or may not think. What do you want out of your union? just sex or a relationship? If you want a relationship, I think the 1st date is probably a bad idea. Also, if you are an emotional person. Probably best to get to know them a bit…
-
They lose all respect for spelling the wrong LMAO
-
I get that alot too... I think it's becuase they remember us fat and they think we look fantastic... when comparing to our old selves we don't need to lose more, but on a health perspective/bmi scale/etc. we still do.
-
Yes!!! My biggest loss was 86 lbs (summer found me a few lbs) and I still saw myself as old Kim... old fat Kim.. even though my clothes are 10 sizes smaller and I can fit into one leg of my old fat pants, I sometimes can't see it. And find I sometimes almost critique myself more now than before. I am getting a tummy tuck…
