I love food! I DEARLY LOVE FOOD!!!! With that said, I may not eat organic all the time, but I try to looks at the macros and avoid eating anything that requires more chemistry than I had in high school - which was zilch.

I've lost about 30 pounds by watching my intake based on Dexa, VO2 Max, and RMR tests using a Sports Dietician and a Personal Trainer. Bodyfat has droped 9% and counting!

My rest day is on Sunday. I don't go to the gym (they're cosed anyway), I go to church with the family, and I do everything I can to take a good Sunday afternoon nap.

Weihenstephaner Dunkel and Doppelbock are my goto beers. However, I'll have maybe 1 a month or six weeks. However, I can also be very happy with a Blue Moon or Shock Top as long as it's on tap.

My opinion is that they're both creepy. I noticed that you asked about gym etiquette - not legalities. My thoughts are that there are enough pics of women's @**es on the internet for just about anything he would need. Etiquette would dictate not ever taking someone's photo in the gym at all unless they were really good…
