I like lemon and thyme with salmon. I usually add fresh or dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and a small amount of olive oil to the fish and let it set while the oven is preheating. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself during the day - even days when I indulge a bit more than I should in snacks, I still wake up wanting something. I'm not at all hungry, just craving salty or sugary foods.
