I'm planning to get a small tattoo on my wrist eventually, that might be a good place. I picked it because I will see it every day! Not sure what kind of tattoo you'd want though. Something meaningful to you...maybe if you lost weight by running a little running shoe (for example!) I'm getting a little horse tattoo :)

I don't really agree with that or abide by that rule. I work 5pm-1am quite often and I keep eating to stay awake! My mfp food "day" in my diary ends when I go to bed. It seems to be working for me as I have lost weight and am just toning up now :) Best wishes :)

I've done hot yoga classesa few times, I felt great after but didn't really enjoy the yoga part of it. I always feel like the classes are too long (90 mins....!). I try to eat all my calories, even when I'm not hungry if I've exercised a lot I know my body needs the fuel to keep going. I'm also hypoglycemic so I have to keep eating! :) Best of luck!

What are they made out of? I'm not sure I've seen those (I live in the middle of nowhere, to be fair). I did read some scary studies about aspartame (it gives me headaches also so I have to avoid it). I would say that if they contain aspartame they might not be a good idea.

I started to avoid all pictures and became the photographer in my group of friends to escape being in front of the lens! I would feel so flustered and embarassed when someone wanted a pic with me. I am pretty much at my goal now and have booked a photoshoot for me and my horse in the fall for my birthday! :)

So sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. I've been there and its tough. :( maybe something else is bothering her? Can you talk to her about it? Or will that just result in more grumpy behaviour on her part? I get a bit snappy with my guy when I'm stressed, maybe she doesn't know she's doing it. Best of luck to you! :)

I love Bon Iver (I know it's the obvious choice but I could listen to Skinny Love like 4 million times a day and still enjoy it) Ray Lamontagne, and Josh Ritter especially right now :D I saw the Pixies in concert a few months ago...not sure what category they fall under...besides AWESOME.

Here I thought the point of this was tracking a food correctly it not a critique of the food choice.... I work 7 days a week and two of those are hard labor, damn right I'm gonna have a red bull here and there when I switch from work 5pm-1am to 7am-4pm - I'm trying to prevent a mass homicide!
