Thanks everyone :-) I just started level 2 and omg it burns! Level 1 was never like this even at the beginning. Anyone got any advice or tips for level 2.

Hi everyone! I have just finished level one! I weighed myself this week and I hadn't lost any weight so I was a little demoted on Friday but I kept at it and measured myself today. I have lost 5.5 inches on my body from level 1 :-) Hope everyone is doing well with their shreds and having a lovely weekend! Xx

Hi, I'm so glad you posted this as I have been worried that I wouldn't get rid of my flabby belly after having my daughter in January. I had to have a c section and find ab training a bit hard but I'm not giving up!

Wow you do a lot! I was thinking of doing more stuff at home, I have also joined something called legs, bums and mums in the local park. I want to lose at least 66lbs. I've lost 17lbs so far. I know it's a lot to lose but I've had enough of being big!

Thanks :-) I'm on day 4 and I was able to do some of the difficult workouts on level 1 so I'm happy with myself. I was wondering did you just do the shred or did you do other workouts as well? Also did you have any rest days?

Hi all, I was a addict to anything sweet, I went cold turkey stopped eating it, having it in the house. I don't have desserts anymore. I've done it since April. I have also done low carbs and I don't have bread, I feel this has helped me. Plus I workout everyday and I find it so rewarding that I don't want to ruin the hard…
