Here is my favorite shake. Makes a great filling breakfast and tastes like a milkshake or ice cream!!!! 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1/2 skim milk 2 Tbs. Peanut butter 1 Frozen banana Blend and enjoy!! Around 450 calories each
