Try setting an alarm on your phone to go off every day at the same time, as a reminder to go walk. After a while, it will become habit.

Last month, I didn't lose a pound for TWENTY THREE DAYS!!! I was so mad, but I just kept plugging away, and eventually I started losing again. Also, during those 23 days, I would fluctuate by as much as 2 pounds in 24 hours. So weird. Anyway, I feel your pain. Just hang in there :)

Thank you for your replies. I certainly wasn't implying that I WOULD bulk up. That IS absurd. Not worried at all! Just trying to make sure no body thought I was trying to.

Yes, it's called exercise induced urticaria. A Zyrtec in the morning helps tremendously :)

I started the C25K program in March, and I loved it. I run very slowly (4.1 mph), but it's certainly better than nothing ;) Now, I run and/or walk for an hour everyday, and it has helped a lot with losing weight. I've lost 8 pounds since starting, but now that I've added MFP to track my calories, I'm losing weight faster…
