I do one cheat day where I eat pizza or burgers I think its totally fine, its when those 1 cheat days turn to 4 cheat days then it becomes a problem lol

Hey I am starting my 2nd week of T25 today, first week I havent noticed any difference but I think I will start to see results as I go along....feel free to add me if you have any questions
