Depends on how sore you are. I'd still do it. I find that the soreness goes away once I start.

moar food Seriously though, I don't belong to a gym, I had to get rid of my free weights, so running is the cheapest form of exercise for me at the moment. I kind of have a love/hate relationship with it.

My point was more that she could be doing the exact opposite of what she's telling you. People lie all the time.
-
I do believe she is not giving you all the information.

But...science.

Meh, not worth the price for me, but I did like the Apple Pie one, slightly heated.

this thread...lulz.

Trutein 4 lyfe Srs. I ordered ON Extreme Milk Chocolate and it's gross. I can't wait til it's gone. I can't speak for other flavors but at least with Trutein you can get some samples before you commit.

Most of us have been there. Start with a beginner program like Stronglifts. There is a book called Starting Strength that is a good read too. Then, go to YouTube to see the movement of the lift and start practicing your form. It's really easy to injure yourself if you're not careful. Last, go to the free weight section of…

My sister yelled at me because I don't eat breakfast. "You need fuel in your tank!" I lost 30 pounds skipping breakfast...clearly I did it wrong. I ignored her

OP, you don't need that ^^

It humbles you very quickly.

For full body it's not ideal, especially when everything gets heavier. You may do better with a split, but that's up to you and your schedule.

I need to know...cuz reasons.

You list 10 working days there. You can absolutely fit a lifting schedule in. They don't have to be the same day every week.

Lifting weights did wonders for my body composition.

My mom got me a gift credit to Fabletics for my bday. I like their stuff, but I would probably not have gone that route if it wasn't done for me. I haven't canceled; I just defer every month. Most of the stuff I want is out of stock anyway. Their leggings are good quality. Their tops are made for tall women; at 5'3"…

You're 8 weeks postpartum. Cut yourself some slack.

Sheets of plywood work for flooring, too.

Most likely. T25 is a lot of jumping around (plyometrics). If you're not used to it it can definitely cause pain.

You don't have to drink Shakeology. All you need to get results (lose fat) is eat at a deficit. I've done it and it is indeed insane. Even the people doing the workout in the video don't do it completely; they take breaks here and there. It's a lot of cardio and personally, I'm not a huge fan of cardio so I didn't stick…

No.

I've used C4 by Cellucor in the past. Sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn't. Be aware of the effects of beta alanine though.

Stronglifts 5x5, look it up. It will tell you what lifts to do on what days.
-
So many options that it's really difficult to outgrow it. This is what I was doing before I had to sell my weight room: https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/boring-but-big-3-month-challenge

I would figure out which one of those is more important to you and build a program around it. If you're just kind of loosely following a lifting program because of the equipment you have, I'd do that twice a week and run 3 days. But it's really a matter of preference for you.
-
Are you following any kind of program for either?

Well, for starters, she won't pass out, so that's a bonus. Seriously, I think you both need some realistic expectations. She lost a bunch in 3 weeks. Her loss wasn't going to continue at that pace.
