  • I have a Pebble Watch that connects to my iPhone (can also connect to Androids). Then I can use Runkeeper to keep track of my steps and mileage. A fitbit flex is $99.99 and a Pebble Watch is $150. Something to consider.
  • One exercise technique I have been using is a "walk-around". I walk around our plant for 5 minutes every hour. It adds up and gives me a little break. So far I've racked up 25-30 mins per day. Just another way to kick start the metabolism, not get board and hopefully burn a few more calories.
