You look GREAT! You have just upped my motivation. I have a similiar starting weight with a similiar finishing goal weight. I have lost 12 pounds so far in about 4 weeks (I know the beginning weight comes off faster) I am so motivated to reach that goal now after seeing your pictures. Congratulations!!

How do you record the exercise on MFP with the Gazelle as I cant find it?

Welcome and congratulations and remember most men tend to lose weight faster then us women. Just doesnt seem fair does. Anyway I am sure you will do great keep up the good work!

Hi Jen, I suggest a fruit smoothie or Slim Fast type of shake to take with you. I dont blame you I wouldnt be hungry that time of morning either. Good luck Jen!
