for me; soft cheese, yuuuum! and for the sweet cravings, i have dark chocolate, its a little more healthy option out of all the chocolates (as it isnt processed) plus dark chocolate has magnesium in it and this really helps with the cramps :)

Same here! i've just starting again after about a year's gap and would love to have some MyFitnessPal friends to (hopefully) give me some motivation and mutual encouragement as i didnt have that before and i think thats why i gave up :) welcome any friend adds :)

(bit of a cheat) but....I got myself the Slendertone Max Flex Belt, it was on offer for £30, and its been great, just pop it on while writing my dissertation or doing my designs for my uni work- or even while sewing! :) really tones and firms up a tummy :)
