  • Clothes shopping in our area has been hard with stores closing because of the stupid Covid shutdowns so fitting into old clothes is my mini goal and becoming essential!
  • 1 c. olive oil 1c. plain yogurt 2-3 cloves fresh garlic 2-3 T. Tahini juice of 1/2 lemon and White Balsamic and a bit of apple cider vinegar to make about 1/2 cup ( or more to taste) 1/4 c. feta 2-3 T.   • I attached a recipe for Chocolate Avocado Mousse. I really like it. I think it saved me many times in my 6months of low carb dieting. 6 months dropped 35#'s on Low carb. diet. Hurray!!

  • I feel like I cheat almost every day because I count carbs instead of calories. I also enjoy the avocado chocolate pudding and I fold in whipped cream and make it into a "moose" I also will have a bit ( 1/2 to 1 oz. 80% dark chocolate with my coffee daily) feels like cheating but isn't LOL!
