it is awesome! didn't lose alot of weight with it but my body made significan changes in a short period of time. Lost inches and ganed tone and muscle - not to mention confidence that my body is actually capable of working out.

I did Week 2 Day 1 yesterday - dripping sweat at the end!! OH MY! A different sort of challenge, I can do everything pretty well except that whole two minutes of cardio in plank. Maybe Iron rich foods? I know some women have to take iron supplements for their TOM or their body gets too weak to handle periods. Hope that helps!!

I love NMTZ - it is a crazy workout, you will burn calories and build muscle at the same time. There's not really any cardio to it but I remember dripping sweat after doing it. It's about a 40 or 45 min workout. I'm too scared to try BFBM - I suck at cardio on her shred and ripped dvd's, I just don't have the endurance :(

Thanks for the advice - I took my first antibiotic pill and now the blood in urine part stopped and pain is less. I picked up cranberry supplements and have been downing water like a Sunday morning after a Saturday night in college. I think i'm going to go ahead and try my workout. What's azo?

Hi everybody - started level 1 today! Anyone else work out hungover today? Man the workout part wasn't bad it was just after all that exertion hangover went temporarily from a baby one to 10 for about 20 minutes......Looking forward to getting back into my usual routine now that my inlaws have gone back home

I've been doing the 30 Day shred and also No More Trouble Zones dvd's by Jillian Micheals. My husband says where he sees the biggest change is in my thighs. Everything else is getting tightened up and less flubby, but definitly my thighs have benefitted the most. I wear short skirts again!!
