I don't think you are at risk for developing anything life long. If they go back to normal when you do it I think you're ok. If it bothers you maybe add in one or two rest days. Why is your boyfriend mad at you?

Most of the "results" I have seen have not been on the scale. I make this all the time for my husband and I - when I make it 1 cup equals about 100 Cals. We often just portion the recipe out into small take away containers and put them in the fridge to grab for our lunches. It's delicious on it's own cold or warmed up with crackers, veggies or on a bun. It's SOOOOOO good
