My gym recently had the TRX system installed and I'd love to try it out - but I am having a hard time finding any routines or guidlines for it. Any suggestions? Or links to some excercises?

I own two suspension trainers that are TRX style and I love them.
The basis of every rudimentary suspension trainer workout revolves around a pulling exercise (the bodyweight row is the most basic form of this), a pushing exercise (the chest press/pushup is the most basic form of this), A lower body/stability exercise (the squat is the most basic form of this), and a floor exercise that focuses on the core but gets as much body movement involved as possible (glute bridge, hamstring curl, and knees to elbows are all great examples of this).0
