  • Hiya, I think my diary might be useful to you! We both are from the UK and shop in Sainsburys by the looks of it. Btw, I'm generally under target during the week cause I'm generally over at the weekends - I aim for my weekly calories being correct. I'm still pretty new to this but you're welcome to see what I eat!
  • Also, with that factored in, I know if I have to go easy during the week so that my weekly deficit is correct! Even if my daily is a little over at the weekend.
  • I log 'Default when calories can't be listed - Restaurant/Takeaway, 1 dinner' for 1,000 as my dinner on Saturdays/Sundays if I know I'm going out and will probably not be able to log/weigh/track. If it turns out the restaurant has nutritional info I'll delete and log but otherwise 1,000 is a guestimate. It means I can work…
