I am on day 3 and ache all over! When I went to bed last night I could hardly walk and didnt think I would manage the workout this morning. But I did, and it actually seems to have eased the aches. today was day 2 for me. I am doing level 1, and following the modified version should I start doing the full level 1, before moving onto level 2, or just move to level 2 and do the modified version of that?
