Hi everybody!! This is my day one!! I have quite a few pounds to lose so... my overall goal isn't the bikini body, but to just challenge myself to lose as much as possible during this 90 day journey. And if it works the way I'm hoping it does... then I'll do it again!!! And again!!! Until I get my beach body!!!
