Well I have not done it at all this week!!:frown: I have been sick, my hubby and my two year old. Anyday now my other kid will be sick... Day 5 done! I had to take yesterday off my left knee was killing me! Think I over did it the day before. Much better today!

Day 3 done!! I suck at the push ups too:frown: and my bad knees are feeling sore! But the rest of me feels better:smile: Ready for day 4!

Ok, I just did it and it was not to bad!! I also did 20 min. of Zumba after just to get some more cardio in. :smile:
