  • Cut it into cubes & mix with squash and other veggies cut about the same size. Toss with olive oil, salt and herbs. Roast in the ovenat 350 for 20 -30 minutes. Excellent side dish.
  • Grit your teeth and resist--it's the only way. The sugar craving will diminish in a few days, and it will be easier then. Link your break to something else in your life that lasts about a week.
