I work out at home its great it is quicker than going to a gym, I don't need to worry about being self conscious and I get to use my own shower not the horrible ones at my local gym.

I'm returning to MFP again after going off for a while and weight has been pilling on when I haven't been recording what I've eaten! I have approx 50lb to loose and really want to do it. Add me if you want for motivation and food ideas

Don't eat when stressed and emotional, recognise the negative feeling and find something else to make you feel better/happy. Eating only give you momentary happiness followed by guilt! For me taking my dog to the beach helps :-)
