Are you drinking enough water? Are you working out too hard? Do you eat enough during the day to sustain your body through such hard work outs? These are all considerations, but best to ask your Dr. before you workout again! Katie

I have two tattoos, both are in memory of my son Everett who passed away when he was 20 days old. I'm so sorry for your loss :( I understand to some degree, one of my identical twins died when they were 20 days old, grief can make it so hard to lose weight, so good for you for using it as a motivator ((hug)). You can do it! For your babies and for you! Katie

I gained weight after marriage too, and babies bring their own weight too. Best to get on top of it now and not have to deal with a ton of weight later. Good luck! Katie

If it were me, I would not be able to do it, I'd be debilitated with pain and nausea. Plus, I get exercise induced headaches, so I would be afraid working out would make the migraine worse. Katie

Maybe I am being too legalistic with myself, but because I am so close to being able to stay under on EVERYTHING, I want to keep it that way, I really don't want to go over on carbs at all.
