I read these and ya'll are hard core. If I had to stick to the stuff most of you are eating, my diet would be unsustainable. I had broccoli and beef dinner ( stouffers ). I eat what I want to eat just as long as I don't go over 1400 cal/day. My loss speaks for itself. I need flavor and variety in my diet. Not eating nuts…

At our age if we waited for the pain to go away we'd NEVER exercise. Im not a doc but I live in pain with 4 pinched nerves in my back.. Just do what you can that doesn't make it worse. Gotta stay moving though.. its that inertia thing.

OK.. let me make this easy for all ya'll (note the accent in the text ;p) Coffee comes 2 ways... regular and unleaded. These stand for with or without caffeine. ANYTHING else in the coffee ain't coffee but add ins.. For the record I like my coffee the way I like my women: Hot, fresh, blonde, and sweet ;)

biggest problem i face is work. Often i have to work late and miss the gym. I also work with unsupportive people.Just today one of them brought me a chocolate shake from Hardees. Yea it was a nice gesture but would kill any diet. I don't mind splurging but when sticking to 1200 cal/day just cant put 700 into a drink.
