The other day I took some raw medium shrimp brushed it with an olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper mixture and let it sit for a few minutes (not too long because lemon juice cooks the shrimp) and then grilled it on the weber with skewers until pink (3-5 minutes per side). I add lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dill, peas, onion, salt and pepper. Sometimes I add a little greek yogut too (2% Fage plain is best)
