I usually weigh in 1 x week. I think more frequently could set you up for disapointment. I waited 2 weeks once and found a 4 pound weightloss! Muscle mass is heavier than fat ! I don't like watching my weight go up and down daily! I want to see the long term results! I hope this helps!

Sometimes Pamprin over the counter medicine keeps me from retaining as much bloating and water weight! I usually get 1-2 pounds before period but gone when period is over! I hope this helps!

2/3rd cup of special k cereal with lite and fit yogurt . I buy the variety of cereal and switch up flavors of yogurt to! I also eat special k bars and special k sea salt cracker chips for snacks. Protein shakes with frozen fruit in blender with low fat milk as a meal replacement. I think water fills up my hunger as well

Hi I have beaten this women issue! I did get pregnant with clomid medication. Becareful this condition makes you suseptible to diabetes. My PCOS got so bad and ended with endometriosis on my ovarys. I can relate to all you women dealing with this! Friend me!

Vitamins are very important just like water! I have been following the special k diet and it seems to be working! I am glad u exercised through the fatigue. My problem is I am always hungry but i found that if I take special k protein plus cereal 2/3 rds cup and a Dannon Lite and Fit yogurt mixed together will fill me up…
