  • I put low cal Italian dressing with fresh parsley and herbs. This helps me cut out fat and calories and I enjoy eating tuna much more!
  • The junk food aisle at the supermarket is way over tempting with kids. I swapped out pringles I liked at ne time for special k bars. I do still eat junk food in moderation because I would have a hard time eliminating all together. I workout more exercise that day to make-up all the calories I have eaten in junk food.

  • I think you should maybe allow yourself more calories based on busy moving lifestyle. Babysitting is full of exercise for 6 kids. I give you alot of credit in watching all those kids! Some days my 8 year old drives me nuts only 1 child. You want to advoid starvation mode not healthy! I hope this advice helps you! April
  • When I went to chef school they taught me in nutrition that You should use whole grain wheat pasta and boil in a little olive oil and forget the butter! Use whole fresh or dry seasonings for taste.

  • Too few could be dangerous! Be careful not to eat to few that could cause problems in the long run! Might have weightloss but sustaining it would be diffucult by starvation mode! I hope this helps! April
