Maybe eating smaller meals spreaded out might help your satisfying need. I try to eat something every 4 hours and still have a hard time getting enough water intake in. Maybe your not getting enough protein in to keep you full feeling. I wish you all the best luck on your revision weightloss surgerys.

I would say calorie counting has something to do with it but working out at the gym toning all areas plays a big factor to. I go to Planet Fitness and they have free Trainors that help me build a workout regimen to get rid off excess inches and flab in unwanted areas. Good Luck and wish you the very best on your journey!…

If I need extra protein for the day I sneak in a Glucerna or add different brand protein powder to a cup of coffee or eat half a premier protein bar for snack. I also use PB2 in my coffee.

I weigh in everyday and progress my weight at the same time everyday after going to the toilet. I log my weight in on my phone app here under progress and post a picture to it. What kind of bariatric procedure did you have? In 2011 I had a lapband and gained all weight back but just had sleeve in October and lost 58 pounds and still losing. My stomach fills up quickly after 2.5 ounces of food. I can no longer drink any liquids with food.

I would say that your diet seems ok. You have made good progress! I would try weighing in on a digital scale that gives you your muscle mass, water percentage, and such. Maybe try meeting with a nutritionist to change up your food intake. If you eat like that everyday you will lose muscle tone and energy. You probably need more carbs and protein.
