Im currently 183.2, my first goal weight is 160 and then ultimately i would like to get to 150. I want to try to maintain my muscle whilst i'm loosing. I would like to get to my first goal weight in just over 10 weeks...............loosing it slowly just means i go off track, i'd rather have a period of maintaining…
