P90 Sweat B and Ab Ripper B. B is way harder than A in my opinion! I feel like I run out of energy part way through it, but I like that I'm sweating more than with A.

Mine didn't really move over the last month either, but I lost at least 5lbs. I'm hypothesizing that more body wide changes are taking place and it will just take more time to show up in measurements. Don't get discouraged. Tape should be snug but not to the point it retracts your skin.

Great job! It has taken me almost a year to lose 15 lbs because I lost 16 then gained it all back over the holidays and am now just about to get there again. Either way, we are on the right track so let's keep going! I have approximately 35lbs left to go.

Keep portion sizes small and avoid really high cal foods or keep those servings tiny.

Sometimes you just have to let it run its course. Keep within your boundaries so you can maintain right now and then when you are feeling more motivated, take it up a notch. Keep in mind why you started and that you don't want to be wishing you had kept going a year from now.

Sounds like very disordered patterns of eating that are not sustainable and will get you nowhere. You've got to come up with a long-term healthy plan for yourself and you will reach your goals. It will take time, but that is okay if it lasts, no? Good luck!

One of the biggest things that has helped me is setting higher standards for myself and refusing to allow excuses.

Sometimes I'll do like two whole and then a white or two when I'm making something like an omelet but I usually eat the whole egg. So much nutrition in the yolk.

I second Couch to 5K. I just started P90 after being pretty sedentary and getting winded after walking up the stairs in my home, but I surprised myself and saw improvement in one week. Don't overdo it and injure yourself, but do push yourself because you are capable of more than you think! Also get a physician's go ahead…

Beach body info that came with my P90 program says don't eat before because a lot of blood flow is diverted for digestion and I agree with not eating a large meal right before. Jillian Michaels says if you workout on an empty stomach then you will "cannabalize" muscle. I can see that too if you have no fat and no glycogen…

The lock screen on my phone says: "Discipline is just choosing between what you want NOW and what you want MOST." It is best to keep it out of sight though. I notice when I am looking at Pinterest (for example) or watching commercials (for food) I am much more tempted than when I don't have that visual.

Some have a coconut flavor, others do not. You probably want refined. The Spectrum organic brand is sold at Walmart and does not have a coconut flavor (to me).
