8/11- 223.2 Down 2 pounds?!?! Yay!

08/06/17 Starting weight: 251.8 Current weight: 225.2 Challenge goal: 215 Ultimate goal: 145 I most likely will not be able to hit the 10 pound loss that quickly. My body does not allow for quick loss. But I will still participate ☺ I average only .5 pound a week over the last year.
