I do start slow walking and increase my speed. I'm going to try stretching after the walk/jog. Ha, I wish I could afford a massage :|

I, sadly put salt on everything. I've also been drinking propel with electrolytes. Hmm, maybe I should drink more of that then?

Breakfast: Banana. 1/4 cup walnuts. Coffee Lunch: Apple. Coffee Dinner: Light breaded fish one and a half pieces with mayo and ketchup for dipping. Snack: Michelob Ultra Gold beer. Plan to walk 3 miles. Haven't gotten to that yet. Lost another lb on the scale this morning B)

B: Banana. Walnuts. Coffee (I was so tired I almost put my coffee in a bowl, lol) L: Apple. Coffee D : Spaghetti squash (my new favorite thing) with butter, salt and pepper. Propel water. Walked 3 miles today.

Breakfast: Banana. Coffee. Lunch: Organic lentil soup. Coffee. Dinner: Spaghetti squash with butter, salt and pepper. Propel water. Snack: Sliced, fresh strawberries with chocolate syrup and whip cream :# Walked 2.5 miles today.

Wow. This took a turn, lol. I'm going to stick with walking right now. It's working for me and I am overweight still so when I loose more I'll consider the idea of running. My brother's jogging now and he loves it. The time it takes to walk is getting annoying but I'm trying to increase my speed to adjust that. BTW, 2.2…

I used to go to Weight Watchers and they preached about weighing once a week. The problem is, if I lose focus or drive during the week, I eat more. I'm low on Iron as well. I have to take the pills because I don't eat a lot of the stuff with Iron in it. So, my vote is for the pills :) Good luck!!

I had the same issue with Vitamin D. I was always tired. A few days after taking D, I noticed a huge difference! I also take Omega because most vegetarians don't eat enough foods with Omega and it's amazing for you. But you should ask your doctor first because it does make your blood thinner. Good luck!!

Beans. Protein bars. Protein shakes. lacto ovo vegetarian: Eggs. Milk. Cheese (which I see bothers you, maybe a lactose free kind?) It's seriously hard to get protein, I know, I've been a vegetarian for years. Good luck!!

OMG, stress eating kills my progress. Lately, I've been eating more protein and keeping really healthy foods in the house. So, when I go stress eating all I have are healthy stuff. Be very careful with a fitbit and heart issues. The fitbit gave my mother an extra heartbeat. She went for a bunch of tests and the extra beat went away when she stopped wearing it. Good luck!
