I have tried over a dozen of them in high school. All of them claimed to work, some natural, even that fda approved one. They're just a waist of money. I'm down 12 lbs right now because of upping my protein, sticking to my calories and walking a mile a day. It's tedious but the scale doesn't lie. Good luck!!

Red, Orange and yellow peppers with onions and organic garlic. Chopped green olives and chopped cucumber. Feta cheese on top. It was really good :)

Emotional eating is the hardest to conquer. I'm the same way. When I'm stressed or angry or upset, I go right for food. :( I haven't figured out how to beat it yet but I'm having a good couple of weeks so... :# Maybe see if your health insurance covers a therapist?

I'm starting again too. Last year was down 21 lbs but it all went to hell the last few months. I'm a stress eater. I've started again (Jan) and I'm down 9.4 as of today. I'm trying. I'm happy to add friends :)

I'm having the same problem. I have no willpower so I do the shopping, getting healthy foods. Other people in my house bring in all sorts of snacks. :/ I asked them not to, told them how I felt. Nothing works. I need more willpower but so far it hasn't worked out. :(

This thread helped, thanks! I eat strict for a month or so and then cave, horribly. (Like yesterday. It wasn't pretty. :s ) Maybe a cheat day once a week will help or even once every two weeks. :)

I've been having the same issue to increase my protein while being a vegetarian. I started drinking Whey Protein with milk (which has a nice dose of protein). Good luck!!

I'm in the same ship as far as protein. Being a vegetarian I find it hard to get my intake. The best I've come up with is beans, nuts, fish and eggs or milk (depending on what kind of vegetarian you are). I try to add one of these to every meal. The no carb is really freaking hard. I'm going with low carb instead.…

I'm not a morning eater either. I eat 'breakfast' near 10 or 11 and 'lunch' around 2 or 3 and 'dinner' around 6 or 7. Eating that early just doesn't agree with everyone. *Shrugs* Hope this helps! Good luck!
