My calorie intake is roughly 1350. I try not to go over that at all, so that way whatever I burn during a workout is a deficit, even if the calories are over estimated. I do not weigh my food...I'll see if I can get a scale soon and start! I wasn't logging my blow it days until this past week and I did have quite a bit of salt (french fries :( !)
