I am glad I am not the only one who is frustrated, I have ended up not putting my evening meal on so therefore am "under" my calories because I cant get it right. I too would like to enter my recipe using my normal tried and tested ingredients. Would it be worth (in the first instance) entering them all on separately then…

I weigh first thing in the morning (usually on a Monday because I have managed to exercise loads over the weekend) always after going to the loo and before I drink my tea :). I always shower on a Sunday night so I suppose it is after a shower ;)

I love it :happy: I have made it no secret that I need to lose weight so when people notice and say something then I get a real boost from it. Usually walk around with a grin on my face for a few hours.

Bred a horse to do Endurance on and have put on weight so actually cannot ride her at the moment. Big kick up the behind although I thought I was eating healthy but still I am consuming all my calories per day. Got to shift 3 stone to be able to do competitive riding
