I'm on medication for severe depression, General anxiety and I have OCD. The medication helps a lot and it's a huge difference if I miss a dose or two. Panic attacks have pretty much stopped and I feel a lot better. Makes life a little more difficult but everyone has their things to deal with.

I challenge us to beat 1200 miles on saturday for triple day. I pledge to burn 3000 calories which tripled is 9000 which is 180 miles. I will do more if I can. What's YOUR plan?

that sounds really good. I like to make baked apples or fruit. Cut it up and put some splenda on it and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350. If its apples put some cinnamon too. Tada baked apple :) yummy
