I would like to be included, not sure how I'll do as it is quite new to me but being 65 and retired is fairly new to me too and I really want to get into better shape, thanks for the challenge.

Maybe we're trying to fit ourselves into other peaples idea of shape, I have no shoulders (hardly) I can't even wear a bra with the straps wide set but my bust is far larger than my hips so I must be an apple pear???

Hi I'm 60 also and not willing to give up till I get where I need to be. I joined in 2009 didn't do anything and forgot about MFP till June of this year and so far I am down 29 of the 100 pounds I need to lose, I really didn't think there were people our age on here it's really nice to find out there are.

I for one am totally lost I don't know how to open or close my food diary, or how to add friends. I just log my food, put in the odd recipe and read some posts for encouragement, I think I'm technalogically challenged and that isn't helping matters so maybe there are more like me out there who really don't know how to open…
